The Iditarod Independent Extension Unit

This project, located at https://sites.google.com/udel.edu/iditarod-extension-unit/ , is designed for use with third graders as an independent unit to serve as an extension to my Curriculum Project, Shelley Gill Author Study Unit. The unit consists of six different parts. Parts one through five can be completed by the student either in order or out of order. Once the first five parts are completed, then the student completes the sixth part with his/her concluding thoughts and classmate collaboration.
