Full time special education teacher providing push-in and pull-out services. Small group and individual instruction. Case manager of multiple IEPs; creating, updating, and progress monitoring IEPs. Implement and collect data for behavior plans and IEP goals. Oversee multiple paraprofessionals. Administer DIBELS Next, Qualitative Reading Inventories, sight word inventories, and Informal Phonics Inventories. Collaborate regularly with support service professionals (i.e. speech language pathologist, school psychologist, guidance counselor, occupational therapist, physical therapist).

Effectively relay information to test administrators, develop schedules, create and distribute resources, assist with successful implementation of district and state testing, troubleshoot testing issues, work with the district technology office to ensure a working testing environment, and present at PTA meetings to keep families informed.
